2021 saw the introduction of ZWIFT as an official event partner (their technology is powering the virtual aspect of the series). As well as a slight revision on the logo to incorporate the ZWIFT brand the series had also expanded to two events. With some limited audiences now able to attend this meant a much broader effort was applied across social in marketing tickets and associated competitions.
With one event in the archives, it was far easier to create a promo that truly spoke of the event proposition. Using highlight clips, soundbites, ZWIFT footage output from the broadcast all cut to fast-paced, energetic music conveyed far better what was on offer for both broadcast viewers and fans in attendance at the arena.
2021 saw a much wider selection of templates created for the series as we were now marketing towards getting an audience to attend the events in person.
